2. Returns Policy
ParseCheck provides digital SaaS services and does not sell physical products.
As such:
- There are no physical returns
- Once access to the platform has been granted, services are considered delivered
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us for review.
3. Dispute & Refund Policy
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or are dissatisfied with the service:

- Provide:
- Account details
- Description of the issue
- Transaction reference (if available)
We will review all cases within 5 business days.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Service not delivered as agreed
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No additional charges will be applied after cancellation
- Access remains active until the end of the paid period

From time to time, ParseCheck may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or trial access.
These promotions:

Unless otherwise specified:
- Promotions apply only to new customers
- Standard pricing applies after the promotional period ends

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site or register we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
Cookies
If you leave a comment or register on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
